subaru_styles Posted November 27, 2004 Share Posted November 27, 2004 well after tinkering with the coupe I am only getting codes for EGR and purge (34 & 35) would a bad EGR Solenoid casue the compuer to think the purge solenoid was bad too, even if it was ok??...mostly what im geting at is.. should i replace hte EGR and see if i can get away just doing that? Don't know about the replacing part, but getting 2 codes form closely located parts sounds suspiciously like a connector issue. Have you checked the 2 against specs?
