Well, we just brought home a new 2005 Forester XS for my wife. The car handles like a dream. We live in an area of narrow, hilly and winding roads in central Virginia. The Forester hugs these roads as it was a Slot Car.

 

I have always been very impressed with the Subaru engine and drive train. My only criticism is,,, the "SEATS"! Evidently. I'm the only one in the family that finds these seats very uncomfortable. IHMO, they have hardly any cushioning. Very stiff! If this car was going to be my daily driver, I would have to take the driver's seat out and have some type of padding added!

 

With that observation aside,,,,, we're looking forward to,,, hopefully, many years of service from our new family addition!
