Has anyone put a Cone Filter on their EA81T? Pictures? Did you use an adaptor?

same style stuff as the EA82T stuff really...do a search and you should find some pics.

The EA81t cone filters are a little more tricky to do as the MAF sensor is the HUGE flapper type. The ea82t's are WAY easier as they use a vane style MAF sensor.

 

On my ea81t I shortened the intake tube from the MAF sensor to the turbo inlet to free up that needed space/clearance. Also, I just used an adapter that I had made so the cone mounts to the adapter, which is directly mounted to the MAF sensor.
