Drivers side rear window leaking

My wifes 2000 OB recently started leaking on the inside of the drivers side rear cargo window. Has anyone else had this problem??I would imagine its the seal but I dont know why it would leak now. The car hasnt been in an accident.

Check for weathering of the seal, and perhaps try a bit of silicone on it to "refresh" the rubber. . .
