Suby Bus painted and coming together!

Featured Replies

Well the bus finally got some paint on her and we've been trying to finish up the outside.. Right now it's still lacking a windshield, engine cover, tires&wheels, exhaust and a few odds and ends.. Pictures are in the gallery and hopefully in this post. Thanks for all the positive comments and feedback, keep em comin!

WOOOOW!!!! That thing is GORGEOUS! Can't wait to see it finished up!

Slightly going off on a tangent, wouldn't it be killer to put a hotted-up EJ22T in an old bus making over 300 hp? Could you see the looks on peoples' faces when they get blown away by that?

Thanks guys. The Subybus may travel to Dallas(Ennis) in May for the VW show.Someday there may be a 300HP bus in my future but not for a while...

Nice color combination, I like it!!! Have you been able to drive it much with the ea81 installed, I for one am interested in how it's running?

Cheers,

Chris
