Don't hate me for asking this question, i'm just a naive newbie, but what car do you guys find the EA82T engines out of? I have myself an 86' GL wagon with FWD and was also wondering if outfitting it with this engine is possible/ or worth it... thanks

The '85 turbo and all later tubo models (through the loyale turbo in 1990, and not the legacy)

get an '87 or later engine/electrical system - better performance overall (but have to deal with fuel cut problem)

later the engine - the better, early ones had cracking issues

yes it can be done, but it would be alot easier and probbly cheaper to find a soob with a turbo engine already in it. they are easy enough to idenfy they say turbo on the sides the back and if you open the hood it says it there too

true, but if you want a sleeper
