ok so I'm fairly close to getting it running agian and I ran it to a couple of problems. I've deciced to do away with the power steering but keep the rack, do I just run all the fluid out and cap of the lines? there was someting else but I forgot it:banghead: so thats all for now

you dont even have to do that, you can just run it . but yah cap them

power steering is for suckers:headbang:

i think you should take the pump and reservoir off and put on a pulley from a non PS car... or just loop the lines onto each other and keep a little fluid in there. doesn't the power steering fluid lubricate the pulley in some way?

yeah I think I'll just cap them off and I did just take off the pump and reservior I just have to deal with the lines
