Does anyone know what it would take to put a 3.3 in a 95-98 Legacy wagon. Will that motor even fit on there??

YES it will fit, but, first things first. What do you want out of the car, how do you use it?

I want to make a street sleeper out of it. Lighter than the SVX and 5 speed should have 4.11 gears right. I want to haul stuff and haul rump roast.

I've seen it done, but it barely fit and I think some stuff needed to be moved around. Why not do a WRX driveline swap? It'd probably be easier. (95+ is ODBII, right?)
