I read in another post that there is a "Fuel pump fuse"

 

is that true..and if so, where do I find it in a 93 legacy?

Looking at a diagram for a '92 model the power is supplied to the pump via the fuel pump relay that is tied to fuses MB-3 and SFB-2. I assume that will be the same for your year.
