Recently my left turn signal has been blinking really fast on my dash, but the light does not come on on the outside. Is this a fuse thing?

Check your blinker fluid, sounds like there's too much.

Seriously, a fast blinker usually means one of the bulbs is burnt out.

or one of t he connections is severd to the signal light assembly. try the bulbs first though!
