March 31, 200521 yr What is the size of front discs in EA81T engined Brats (or sedan/hb/wagon)? Are the front discs vented? How about the rear drums, how big are they?

April 2, 200521 yr They are the same as non turbo ea81s. It seems that if its an '83, the disks are solid, and if its '84 they are ventilated. (same as teh rest of them). The rear drums are also the same as non turbo ones.
April 2, 200521 yr The turbos were all automatics. IIRC, any EA81 that was an auto should have ventilated rotors. The Front rotors are almost 9" in diameter as are the rear drums. Pretty small... Ea82 are over 9".
April 2, 200521 yr The '83's (or at least the ones we have in NZ) still had solid rotors (mine has). I gotta find me some ventilated ones, these solid ones suck.
