Ross
Are you looking for two seperate systems, or one combined?
MorganM
A seperate system would be spiffy. Just run your extra accessories off the second alt + battery. Leave the primary alt + battery to run everything it was originally intended to. Ross; how would you wire them to double your amps but maintain 12 volts Would that be in series or parallel? I'm not that hip to the electrical scene

I'm not that hip to the electrical scene they would have to be in parallel. if you put them in serial, you'd have a 24V system (might be fun?) gunslinger
Are you looking for two seperate systems, or one combined? i would run them together i suppose. makes things easier it would seem to me. i know about running things parallel, amps, speakers; back in the young and dumb sterio days. you would just switch the power/ground on the second alt right?? that would stop it form overcharging the system?
