I was wondering if anyone had pulled out all the AC components before. I tried searching the other night and didn't really find anything. What I was planning on, was pulling out the condenser coils for the AC and putting a SAAB 900 IC in it's place, since it's similar in size, need to acquire one before making that assumption. It also appears that I can use the same belt after taking out the compressor by using the tensioner, has anyone confirmed this? The AC isn't working so, I might as well pull it out and make use of the space/weight it was taking up.

the same belt works just fine, but then the alt is closer to the battery. dont think the volvo will fit, without hammering and cutting. but give it a try

Ok awesome, thanks for the reply, I'll pull it out this weekend and document it. It'll be a bit before I put in the Intercooler.
