How much does EA82 engine weight?

How about EA82T or EJ20T?

I found the weight of EJ20T and it is something like 320lbs (147kg)

 

But how about EA82 (or EA82T)?

I recently got an EA82T. A friend and I were able to move it around pretty easy, but it didn't have any of the intake stuff on it. I'd guess maybe 100lbs or so.

There were even estimation of 200lbs :-\

No accurate info here; though if I had a scale I could weigh an EA81, an EA82 and an EJ22.

 

But, having picked up all three, I would have to go with reportedly-CCRs shipping weight of 150 for the Ea82. By the time you subtract shipping materials (pallet) and add intake, et al, you are probably a bit above that. It is definitely not as light as 100 lbs. The EJ22 is considerably heavier then the EA82... I would guess at least 50 lbs more, maybe 75.

EJ22 weights ~265lbs (121kg)

 

So therefore 265lbs - 75lbs = around 190lbs

EA 82 stripped of all its bolt on bits 140 pounds. With everything attached ,pushing 180 without the flywheel.

according to SUBARU...an EA82 shortblock shipping weight is 45 lbs. All the EJ engines are 110 lbs.

I weighed mine ,Longblock 140.
