I have not read anyone asking about this yet. I cannot get my heater slider to keep from sticking. When you go to work it for warmer air, the two pieces that interlock with teeth, slip past each other. I put it back together around once a week. It isn't hard to do, just very annoying. Anyone have an idea that will keep them together?

Sounds like a trip to the junkyard is in order. You may have poped a clip off the back of your slider?

 

I had a problem with the hot cold selector for the heater. It tends to stick if you turn it all the way over to the "hot" side. I got around this by simply not turning it all the way over to the hot side. The air seems just as hot but it doesn't stick.

 

This is fairly common, from what I understand.
