I think the RX needs a paint job

Featured Replies

I'm thinking platinum silver metallic would look pretty sweet, like you would see on a wrx. A nice clean, sharp color, that's not too dark that the car "loses its lines" The rust just isn't doing it for me. If anyone feels like photochopping this for me feel free:brow:.

That *would* be pretty cool.

Considered painting mine... but then, it'd cease to be a Black RX. So, no.

if you do decide to get it painted, bring it to maaco.they did a heck of a job for me for 500 including doing some rust work.that is unless you like doing paint work, i just didn`t feel like doing it.good luck,

Yeah same here but mine will get a slightly different paint scheme. Not a big fan of the gold stripe on the side... maybe white:D

Mine is pimpin though, has a white bodykit and a white hood which will soon be sporting a PSM hoodscoop... oh and I have a silver hatch as well:lol:

I don't really trust Maaco, but I'm glad they worked for you. I might try the prep work myself, and then I should be able to find someone that knows someone to do the rest.

a buddy suggested the same thing of the buggy, to match my wrx! thing about that is id have to keep the buggy clean :-\ its more of a rally beater, not a "looker"...
