Hello fellow subaru fans i have a question hopefully someone can help.i have just bought a 1989 subaru gl which is in pretty sweet condition she only has 78k miles:grin: but as all of know subarus rust at the base of the front fenders (the old models do at least). if anyone knows where i can get new fenders as well as other spare accesories like the back hatch thing i dont know what its called its a piece of vinyl that rolls out and clips to the base of the hatch,or 15 inch peugeot rims holla at me thanks have nice day

Your local junkyard/U-Pull-It will be your best resource, or buy a whole nother parts car as many do.

 

I've seen the cargo covers in junkyards. The fenders are a separate piece so not too hard to replace.

i know there are a few junk yards around central maryland tha t have the older subies that still have nice fenders on em.
