05 Turbo MT OB died and has been in shop for over 30 days. Turbo and ECU have been replaced but still noisy and turbo seems to be starved for oil. Anyone else having problems or is this one just a lemon. It now qualifies for replacement under the lemon law in my state.

if it's an 05 do the lemon law! get a new one! Don't put up with that ish!

Agreed... take advantage of the rights of your state, that's what the laws are there for. Sh-tuff happens, just don't let it happen to you if you can possibly avoid it.
