Blown Turbo?

Featured Replies

I Was driving down the street and noticed a noise, it almost sounded like my foot slipped off the pedal but couldn't really notice. So I thought it might have been my turbo. It feels like im lacknig a bit of power but not much. You cn still here the turbo spooling up and everything looks good externally. But I just wanted to know if my car would loose a considerable amount of power with out the turbo.

Well I think my mind might have been playing tricks on me again. It seems to do that ever since I have owned this car. lol. But I would still like to know what symptoms there would be with a blown turbo?

Depends on stage of "blown"

If internal seals go => lot's 0 smoke out the Tpipe

if it locks up => loss of power
