fuel problem(fixed) now alt problem

Featured Replies

well I finally got my ea82t mpfi up and running, however one issue remains. with the fuel pump on (its on a toggle switch) the car will start and run if you hit the throttle and will run ok if you keep revin it up beyond 2k or so, but it wont idle. now if turn off the pump it will idle great and rev nicelt too until it runs out of gas. any ideas on this, i know the ecu is supposed to control the pump so maybe thats my problem (i think ive read posts about others running the punp off a toggle and having it work fine) anyways if anyone can help that would be great..........thanks!!

weird, im running my MPFI turbo fuel pump off a toggle switch and works fine.
