hey im looking at getting an impreza wagon or another wagon that is somewhat capable offroad. i am looking to spend around 6-7k, just looking for something reliable and nice, and 5spd. I would like to lift it a few inches, with some larger tires that would mostly take me through snow and some old trails in the mountains to go hiking. if anyone has a car they would like to sell or any input on what i should get i would realy appreciate it! thank you!

I'm not going to sell it, but i got my Impreza Outback Sport (OBS) for 6k. It's been modified somewhat... and has proven itself on many occasions offroad. To lift it all you need to do is throw in some forester struts...

I'd persanally get a real outback if i were to get another car... most cargo room.. more leg room in the back...

 

oh yeah, something else tha ti thought was cool... i just got 27.3mpg! woohoo! and that's with the 78" load bars and the box on top..
