Sti 8 Jap Version Please Help

Featured Replies

I have not had this car for long. It is the twin scroll turbo version.

The problem is that sometimes the engine management light comes on and at the same time the dccd switches from auto to another mode where it turns on a green flashing light and that constantly flashes. At the same time the car loses power and if you press the accelerator it spits and just does not want to move. Its like the diff is locked. The car has no mods other than a down pipe and full exhaust (no cats).

thanks.

its prolly got something to do with the fact that the cats are gone...... youre o2 sensors are probably freakin out and throwing the check engine light, which then causes limp mode ( full rich ) then making the car not want to do anything. not positive, just my .02 cents
