It's definately not there on mine, suspect i've got a hybrid ECU+TCU unit.

go to http://opposedforces.com/parts and look for the TCU in the POST cars of similar years. i forget what they call it. once you get to the list of categories, click the browse button.

 

it will be a little difficult to find, they put in an obscure place. but i do remember it is at the bottom of one of the categories. at least the ECU it.

 

EDIT: don't bother, it does not show any info about the location. it is however called ''AT Control Unit'' and is located at the bottom of the auto trans category.
