Brake pull

Featured Replies

Ok, this might be a dumb question but...........

I have an 84 GL10 wagon with 4 wheel disk breaks, when the i press the brakes the car pulls to the rite, with the E-brake as well, i have blead then corectly and have new pads all around.

Might anyone have any sugestions?

Could be tires or wheel alignment.

Or, possibly a worn or dirty disc rotor. Or a bad caliper.

On a flat road, no brakes, does it pull to one side or the other?

On mud/snow/water if you can find it, will one side lock up before the other?

Yes, now that you mention it the front rite will slide before any other wheel will, They will all lock up, but the front rite does it first.

What are you thinking?

Oh, and it acculy pulls to the left a little but pulls to the rite when i brake, I had the alignment checked at les swab and they said it was rite on to manufacture specs.
