loose CV joints??

Featured Replies

just checked my front end on 92 legacy, every pud hole i hit thers a knock sound, i even got a ball joint, thats what i sounded, but every thing is tight.

the only thing thats moving is the CV's, from the tranny side,

the pins are in place, but its moving, more like up&down.

could this be the the reason?? and if it is, how can i get rid of it?

take care

Same thing on my Daughters 92 Legacy. The stub shafts are moving inside the differential. You may get by with new stub shafts, but in mine, its the diff. Drive it till it dies!
