Newbie here! Just wanted to say HI! to everyone. Working on a ' 93 Impreza 4dr. with a 1.8. I know this has been asked before but where is the horn relay? I have no turn signals, no hazards, and no horn. Don't know if this all related or something but I figure I would start with the relays. The fuses and bulbs are all good.

The horn relay is under the drivers dash, above the interior wheel well. You have to take off the fuse cover and unscrew the fuse block to get to the relay behind. It's a red square type thingy.
