First timer here. We just bought a 1991 Loyal wagon. The wife pulled into the driveway this afternoon & As she sat there idling I noticed gas dripping under the rear door. I pulled the fuel pump assy. down & turned the key & fuel was coming out the end of the pump. It looks like their should be a tiny little rubber nipple on the end of it. Is the pump bad? Any suggestioins?

Welcome to the forum. There are some good helpers here.

 

It sounds like the pump should be replaced. You don't want any part of a gas leak going on like that for obvious reasons. I don't think it should be driven with that going on unless you can stop it somehow and seal it up. You may be able to get a used pump at a salvage yard.
