I beleive so, yes. I think it is only the Legacy and Outback where there are different headlight assemblies for 2000-2004.

Well, yes, but you need to be sure that you don't get Xenon lights - an option on the WRX.

only on 05 and maybe 04 STi. No HIDs in the US for the bugeye, anyway.
