it was making a awful noise and made less and less power and ground to a hault. it had less than 30 miles on it

bad tensioner? did you forget to tighten something? 30 mile failure leads me to believe there was something done incorrectly on the installation........ not that I doubt your capabilities... just a thought

new tensioners and it was tighter than the old belt

have you taken it apart to see what failed yet?

i agree i think it was too tight.. casuse the belt to strech and sometimes flyoff..

you want a bit of play in the belt when its on
