September 30, 200520 yr oh no3s! lol I will post the chart at some point. Where's your water tank for the water? Looks like a hose coming off of the water pump. Is it going directly back into the cooling system?
September 30, 200520 yr Author Line on the right of the IC goes to the pump...from pump to AC condensor core...from core to AWIC core. Repeat. The core really doesnt have a reservoir on it...just the cap with the low water level sensor.
October 9, 200520 yr Author Data recorded tonight on the dyno. Ambiant air was...*drumroll*...76~78 F. the charge pipe from the turbo was reading around 190* externally via IR temp guage. the MegaSquirt has its intake air temp sensor mounted in the piping imediatly after the AWIC.....it was seeing ~80* most of the time under light loads and idle. light cruise was around 90*~95*. 3rd gear pulls....it crept up to 110*~120*. LONG 5th gear pull....*135 max. It cooled back down to near ambiant very quickly...i never really baby-sat it at all. I only sprayed the heat exchanger core down twice...and these are not the temps from those runs...the sprayed runs were about 20* cooler. I'm going to say that my AWIC certinly works well.
October 9, 200520 yr wow .. this ford thunder chicken intercooler i am running unless the car sits still for a while and it heatsoaks or the out side air temp is hi i almost never see anything over 80-100 degree's and around 30-40 if i put some dry ice on it and let it sit for a few minutes and then go driving but then again thats also 7.7 psi according to my megasquirt .. yes i have mine setup to read boost/vac on the the dial type gauges still reads kpa in the tuning screens tho
