dragonwingsubaru
for the life of me i cant seem to find the thread that had the bolt lengths listed for putting a lift in. im only gonna be building a 2 inch lift but i need some idea of what bolt lengths im gonna need. i know if i get the 4 inch lift onfo all i should have to do for the most part is is subtract 2 and be about at what i need. in case anyone is wondering im building my lift from mostly 2 inch square steel thick wall tubing, and rienforceing each of the bolt areas with a-2 tool steel pieces(i believe that is what my boss said it was). i only have smaller pieces of the tool steel about big enough to rienforce the bolt areas where im using the tubeing at. thats why im not using it to do the lift itself. also have a buttload of small pieces of case hardened steel in case i will need those for anything. thanks in advance for any info

Phizinza
I had to replace a missing part of my lift on my brat, only 2" lift. It wasn't hard, just used some metal lying around. So it was pretty easy. Hardest part was getting out the stuffed bolt (reason the bit was missing) I hope you have no problem with getting out the stock bolts. Good luck. :-)
dragonwingsubaru
stock bolts shouldnt be a problem since the car is 100% rust free, though with my luck the things will probably give me a hard time. lol
