September 26, 200322 yr Does anybody have a EGR and Purge valve selenoid for sale for a EA82 spfi auto tranny engine. I cant find any working ones from the junkyards in Salem Or. HGRRRRRRRRRR, Im tired of buying used junkyard parts only to find they dont work , especially at $5 a piece.
September 26, 200322 yr I did a search a couple of weeks ago and found this - http://usmb.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3953 The part that asavage found is what I'm searching for. Can't find it though. I've recieved a couple of quotes from used parts places, but not sure I trust their parts. Knowing that the two solenoids are the same besides the connector has helped in the search though. Good luck.
September 26, 200322 yr This might be a dumb question.. but have you tested the solenoids, or are you going strictly by info from the ECU?
September 26, 200322 yr Author My ECU thru the 34 and 35 code and I have a moderate amount of pinging ever since the code 35 was thrown. The 34 code has been there for about 1 month now and thwe 35 code just came on about 2 weeks ago.
