I was installing a new clock and crossed red and black lead from clock. NOT A GOOD THING. I checked all the fuses under the dash. All good. Will crank. No horn ,radio, dome light. Any sugestions?

check for a fried fusable link or fried ground wire.

IIRC the ECU is on the same fuse as the Horn is. Like bobby said, check the fusable links. They're in a black case mounted on the coolant overflow bin under the hood.

Check fusible links; infact just replace them.

 

Replace the fuse for horn/radio also. I've had fuses with hairline cracks I couldnt see but were still broke.

Check fuse #5 and the red fusible link.
