82 brat lumpy idle?

Well I am driving my brat around a little bit. It runs pretty good when you are driving it, but its idle is lumpy like it has a huge cam in it or something (which it doesnt)

 

Its in the shop now being diagnosed... it seemed to run better with 2 of the plug wires removed. Richie's dad thinks maybe the lifters (which we just adjusted in my garage a while ago) were adjusted too tight or something on that side.

 

Timing is pretty close to being on, choke is hooked up and working right.

 

What else could it be? The weber is pretty new.... the thing that is confusing me the most though is that it runs better on JUST 2 of the cylinders (just the 2 drivers side ones I think)

Wierd to say the least. Ain't supposed to "run better" on less cylinders... Have to think on this one a bit..
