Hi all, did an oil change today and while under the car started poking around. I found that if I grab the half shaft where it enters the front diff, it wiggles. Both sides do this. Is this normal or does it need new seals or whatever is in there? No oil leaking at this time.

i hope it nothing major because my does the same things 95 legacy

If its not broken dont fix it. Have you ever had the axles replaced. Have you noticed any vibration in the front end. If not i wouldnt worry about it for now.

Sounds like what mine has been like for a long time, doesn't seem to be a problem though.

I'm pretty sure that's normal. I noticed it when replacing my front driveaxles, and it's still present with the new ones in.
