i have a 95 legacy i was wondering could i put a skid pan form my loyale and could i put a rear pumpkin skid plate from a outback or a forester or do i have to modify them

humm good question,, most of the time the Rear Diffy configuration seems to be a stander for many years with subaru. best thing you can do is just crawl under and visually check them both out.

 

On a side note,,, here is an accessory that subaru once offered.

note the skid plate at the bottom.

Talk to Primitive Racing. They make a burly rear diff protector for the WRX. Perhaps it might fit your Legacy. It's worth checking out, anyway.

 

I like how the cars in those pics are all RHD. I wonder why an EA82 needs a rear diff protector, though? That diff is tough as all hell, and probably stronger than just about any skid plate.

 

EDIT: Primitive's website says it should fit early Legacies. Perhaps that includes '95?
