anyone know much about re-tighting the head after you have put on new head gaskets, I am told it needs to be done 3 times (this is a for a subie running 14psi, and being used for rally's)

 

any help would be appreciated.

There is both a sequence of bolts to do, and 3 levels of torque also. First is like 25 ft lbs I think? second is like 42 and 3rd is like 47... I just did some heads afew days ago, but I dont remember the EXACT numbers off the top of my head.

 

anyone out there have the printout of the head bolt tightening sequence???
