nipper Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 i think its a dealer item. May be easier to get a tranny and swap it out. i got estimates for my 97 OBW of 1000.00 to r and r the unit. subaru DR Posted November 20, 2005 Share Posted November 20, 2005 I have a used extension housing and solenoid if you are interested. $50.00 for everything. you do not need to remove the tranny to replace it, just remove the very back pice.
