The AWD circuit was right behind the air filter box in my '96 GT. However I cant find it in my '99. Any thoughts?

Your 99 is a 5-speed as opposed to your 96 automatic? Totally different AWD systems...the FWD fuse holder is for automatics only. Hope I helped,
