tcspeer Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 Does anyone know of an easy way to get the c-clip off of the Emg. brake bracket that is connected to the rear shoe. 970subaru Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 do you have the C clip pliers? if so, maybe they suck as bad as mine did.bend the tips in very slightly so they wont want to just slide out of the c clip when you compress it. good luck, C clips are the devil. I think they came from Harbor Freight so maybe I need to get a good pair from Snap On or Sears. do you have the C clip pliers? if so, maybe they suck as bad as mine did.bend the tips in very slightly so they wont want to just slide out of the c clip when you compress it.good luck, C clips are the devil.
