I have a 1983 GL wagon ( Black Diamond) . All the electric windows quit working. It appears to have no 12 volts at the child safety switch or to any of the window switches on the main drive door. all fuses are good and all fusable links under the hood are ok. Does anyone have a full schematic of the power window circuits ?

 

The owner's manual mentions a breaker.. anyone know where they might be?

They get power from the relay. It is located under the drivers seat.
