I joined your message board today and want to wish all a Happy New Year. I am rebuilding an EA82 non turbo motor and I need a source for 0.020" oversize pistons. Can anyone help me out?? Thanks in advance.

I've never seen any. In theory, you're not supposed to bore out the cylinders in the Subaru because the liners aren't up to it. You might try a google search.

.25 and .5 oversize is avalible. I am sure the sizing is in MM only. You will need to bore accordingly, and rings are also avalible as well.

subaruparts.com is showing $41 for a "piston set". Is a piston set: one piston, one wrist pin? And the rings, again, they are showing $93 for a piston ring set. Do you know if this is for one piston, or for all four?

comes with pin and clips....rings are a full set for 4 pistons.

RAM performance as well. i have been to their shop, spoke with them and know someone that used their pistons in an ER27 (pistons are interchangeable with EA82. that have cast pistons for cheap (turbo and non turbo and standard/oversized). they also have lightweight forged pistons in all varietys as well.
