westfallia camper top on ea82?

Featured Replies

i was just wondering if any off you guys have heard of or seen an ea82 w/a westfallia camper top or something like that on it?

hmmm ... I'm guessing that is a "yes"? :D

that your creation 75subie? looks like a really good idea :brow:

i wish i could say it was mine, but no:banghead: there are some pics around of the inside, and they actually look pretty roomy, i might try and make one for my brat project:brow:

Do you have to sleep sitting up in that thing??? Sheesh, you got more room to lay down in the Legacy than that goofy tent on the top of it.

nope, you can sleep laying down, i have seen one in real life.

this way, you can have all of your gear in the car, while you sleep comfortably on the roof, i still want one, it would be cool to make a ladder type rack for the back of a brat and mount it on top:D

Now this is a cool idea..I've been looking into various options for a Brat like this...There is a site that makes campers for smaller trucks, and they have "bare bones" shells that you can customize...I'll have to find the link later...they are rather expensive though.

My though was pretty much like the westfallia idea on my Brat....need a place to sleep and keep gear....figured I could fashion a storage compartment the lengtht of the bed of the brat and mount the camper top onto it....just an idea...
