i'm new to building engines. i was wondering what it takes to build a low compression motor. like the ones in the rx's that were release to aus. 7.1 ratio.

turbo pistons will give you 7.7 to 1

My first question would be why? unless you've got a stockpile of Ch #5 perfume that you need to get rid of. Even if you're gonna turbo, i'd still reccommend not going lower just to get more boost.

 

 

Rule: A turbo engine must never be reduced to a low-compression slug.
