February 3, 200620 yr anybody have a solution for the door trim (92 legacy wagon) The fat rubber tube with the plastic clips keeps ripping off of mine, just curious if there was anything better out there. thanks
February 3, 200620 yr Probably not... You are talking about the weatherstripping right? Where is it pulling out? Is the rubber pulling out of the plastic clips, or are the plastic clips coming out the door?

The plastic clips come out of the door, I replaced it once but I just keep having the same problem with it freezing and ripping off, ussualy when someone else opens the doors
February 3, 200620 yr Hmm So is the rubber freezing and sticking to the door, and then the clips pulling out of the rubber? Try spraying a silicone lubricant on a rag and wiping the rubber down.
February 3, 200620 yr is the window sealing properly? maybe it's getting wet and freezing? i like the lube idea, that's a great one.
February 3, 200620 yr Author yeah, it's freezing, I will spry it down with some lube, that might help, It's already kinda far gone though, like hanging out when the door is closed, thanks for the tips, I was mostly just curious if there was something "aftermarket" which would do the trick
