I am going to get my heads decked (and a few other things) for my brat.. I am thinking .025 or should I go .020?

So how much did you pay or should I expect to pay.

I suggest http://ramengines.com/ to do the machine work they speacialize in suburus.Email ron and he will give you a quick answer on anything you throw at him.

$40 per head for milling. if you're talking complete valve job, pressure tested and milled, about $150. add $25 - $40 for any cracks between valves seats that may need repaired. i would consider these on the high end of prices since prices are higher around where i live. you can get a few bucks lower in more rural areas.

Thanks:banana:

Oh one more thing my brat only has 60k on it (thanks Mic) do you really think I should get a valve job?

You may as well get the valves/seats re faced since you've got the heads off. I very much doubt you'll need new guides (best to check though), so just do the re facing and valve seals. Shouldn't cost much at all.
