was wondering at what age does a car have to be before you can get a waiver for testing? is it 20 years old?

I believe its 25, sorry.

5 years and newer and 25 years and older do not have to be tested.

Yeah. King and Pierce pretty much follow the same standards, but boondock places like Thurston have no emissions. Though I hear that will probably change in a few years:(

 

For now I keep teh wagon registered in Thurston County.. Easier that way.
