well, it appears that its finally road worthy...i hope.

 

the last engine lasted 800mi before it started knocking. turns out, a piston that had been pulled out of it was scored and pitted. the car drove fine, but it made all kinds of noise.

 

the new engine feels great, and seems like everything is squared away...i have about 280mi on this one as of this morning.
