March 5, 200620 yr each weekend (fri/or sat nights) in St.Paul, at the firestone on university ave.... the mnsubaru crew get together to hang out for a few hours... this fri they had some guy doing "car enthusiasts" interviews for some video he was making... so there were more people there than usual, and the guy brought us pizza (the bait!) it was a good time, even though it was only 27 degs outside.... pizzas on the hood of my wagon... the garbage goes on top of wagon... keeping the leftovers warm for the late comers... in the wagon... curb-climb..once again some of the cars... and i managed to sell the yellow forester wheels too! did ya notice the new ones?

Can't see the wheels very well. actually, I never put the car in reverse when I entered the parking lot... and there was no scrapage from the underside either! some of the peoples reactions when i pulled in over the curb were pretty funny ---like this----> :eek:
March 6, 200620 yr That's great! I've used my ground clearance in an urban situation too. You know those trafic dividers that they have in mall parking lots, the curbs with humps of grass in between? So that traffic has to circle around the dam stores for 2 hours before escaping. I drove over 3 of those in a row because I was running low on gas, lost, and and hour from home and was done putting up with their traffic flow patterns.
