My '95 Legacy Sedan didn't come with rear door speakers. Can somebody, with a 2nd gen legacy that has them, tell me if the grills are molded into the door card or if they are removable and could be easily retrofitted to mine?

That's where they are in my '91 Legacy.

Right, that's where mine are too. They don't do much so I'd like to add some to the rear doors as well. I believe both you guys have gen 1 Legacys? The grills would be specific to the gen 2 legacy and outback, '95-'99. Has anybody swapped out their speakers lately?

Just get some 6x9s for the back deck

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm looking for info on how the rear door speaker grill mounts to the door card of a '95-'99 legacy or outback.
